Bookings

A deposit it required in order to secure the date of your party. Until the deposit payment is received, it is only considered a preliminary booking, which means that the date in question would remain available for another party to book.

Guests
All parties must have a minimum number of 5 guests to a maximum of 10. Parties are not catered for more than 10 guests because I’ve been pampered wants to make sure each person attending the party gets at least 10-15 minutes each, worth of treatment time.

Cancellations
Cancellations for group parties must be made 72 hours in advance of the party date, in order to receive full deposit refund. Any cancellations made after the 72 hour notification period will result in a non refundable deposit. 24 hours notice must be given for individual appointments..

Payment
Payment shall be made by cash or cheque. All deposits shall be made 7 days prior to the party date. Deposits received after the 7 days could result in cancellation. The remainder of the payment will be paid on the day of the party. Payment for party/gift bags shall be paid along with the deposit, and is refundable if the party is cancelled before the 72 hour notification period.

Purchase of products
At all parties guest will have the chance to purchase products should they wish to. I’ve Been Pampered will not stock vast quantities of any product; however delivery of all products purchased will be made to the person hosting the party within 7 days. Payment shall be required on the night of the party and shall be made by cash or cheque only.

Liability
I’ve been pampered is covered with full Public Liability Insurance for your total peace of mind. A consent form must be completed by the child’s legal guardian of all attending a Children’s party age 4-15years..

Data Protection
All personal information held by I’ve Been Pampered is treated as private and confidential and used solely by myself. Information will not be disclosed or passed on. Private customers have the right to see personal information held about them. If you wish to exercise this right, or have other related queries, please contact me.
